This role of Program Director will have executive level reporting lines. The successful candidate will lead a newly created business unit and structure which dedicated to this program. The role has full accountability for strategic direction, external stakeholder engagement, reporting /governance requirement to Board of Directors, operational execution and delivering outcomes that will have a lasting impact across the industry and community. You will be the leader of high-performance teams across different states in Australia so regular travel will be required.You will represent the organisation at the highest levels, including board and executive presentations, government engagement, and media-facing communications. This role demands a leader with exceptional commercial agility, a strategic mindset, a strong negotiator and the ability to navigate complex regulatory and legal landscapes. You will be responsible for building and guiding a high-performing team, managing external & internal partners, and ensuring delivery against ambitious business outcomes.
