Although this is a back of house role, meals are sometimes the residents favourite part of the day so we want individuals who can put a smile on the residents faces. This role requires you to be a very active person as you are on your feet for most of your shift!You must be willing to work morning shifts.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Food Service Assistant (FSA) you will learn new skills as you connect and build quality relationships with individuals across a variety of aged care homes, enhancing everyones quality of life.Prepare, present and deliver delicious food and beverages to residents in accordance with Facility Food Safety PoliciesMaintaining a clean and safe kitchenSweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, benches & cutlery and disposing of rubbishSetting the dining room for daily meals you may get to engage with the lovely residents, so a bubbly personality is a mustAdhering to and supporting WH&S and general Food Safety Compliance activitiesWHAT DO YOU NEED?Minimum of 6 months experienceCurrent National Employment Police CheckCovid vaccinated as per state government requirementsDrivers license and your own reliable transportBe willing to complete mandatory training through Crewe Sharp''s onboarding processBe willing to work morning shifts (essential)If you have genuine empathy for the elderly and are passionate about providing top-notch care, we want YOU to be a part of our team!
