You will be working from our Truganina depot to ensure the smooth and efficient scheduling of our specialised fleet and allocation of labour tomatch our clients needs.About the Role:Responsible for the scheduling of a fleet of trucks/vans/robots and professional driversLiaise with clients and debrief drivers and crews to ensure all activities are satisfactorily completedEnsure all employee licences and inductions are maintainedEnsure maximum client satisfaction and day to day problem solvingPrompt answering of numerous inbound calls and emails providing a high level of customer serviceAbout you:Previous experience in the coordination and scheduling for similar industry preferredA good understanding of fatigue management guidelines and CoR legislationBe solutions orientated, with focus on achieving positive client outcomesThe ability to communicate effectively with drivers, management and our clientsSound administrative skills and computer literacy with a strong attention to detailWhat we Offer:TDG Environmental values its employees and understands the importance of employee offerings.
