Rotating roster which will include weekend workDescription of position:Cleans and sanitizes meat equipment, and meat utensils. Re-stocks supplies and ingredients.Daily tasks and responsibilities:Cleans and sanitizes the meat area including meat cooler and freezer. Sweeps, mops, sprays, washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and operates pressure washer. Cleans and re-fills mop bucket and cleans mop head.Dismantles meat equipment, such as power soaker & meat slicer. Washes, rinses and sanitizes removable parts in commercial dishwasher or by hand in three compartment sink. Wipes down stationary parts with cleaning agent, water and sanitizing agent.Washes meat containers and utensils.Collects cardboard and trash; operates trash compactor, cardboard baler. Takes laundry to laundry service pick-up area.Logs sanitation procedures performed on daily report and complies with health code.
