Our Housekeeping colleagues play a vital role in providing the peace of mind our guests can expect with the IHG Clean Promise; ensuring guests'' rooms and public areas are consistently clean and well-presented creating a fresh, clean, and welcoming environment.So, were searching for a Public Area Attendant with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for perfection to make sure every guest and visitor enjoys a truly memorable experience at Crowne Plaza Adelaide.This role will predominately service our Public Areas, including Reception and Plaza Workspace, Restaurant & Bar, poolside and our visitor amenities. As such, we need a night owl who is comfortable working overnight, as late as 3am.A little taste of your day-to-day:Every day is different, but youll mostly be:Making sure our rooms and public spaces are at their absolute best for our guestsHelping our guests in any way you can whether theyve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevatorManaging your time and tasks, and keeping your Supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problemsSwiftly reporting any maintenance concerns and hazardsMonitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste and helping us to hit our environmentally friendly targetsRegularly assisting with deep clean projectsWhat we need from you:At Crowne Plaza Adelaide our goal is to make business travel work.
