With multiple roles on offer - full-time, part-time, and casual - this is your chance to be part of something fresh and exciting from the ground up.Youll start your training in Heidelberg West, then make the move with us to our new and improved warehouse in Campbellfield. Were creating something great, and youll be a key part of the journey.What Youll Be DoingHelping process inbound stock, returns, and store transfers like a pro.Working closely with our Inbound Receipts Manager to get new arrivals sorted fast.Investigating and resolving stock issues to keep things running smoothly.Rolling up your sleeves for stock checks, order packing, and warehouse upkeep.Jumping in where needed to support the wider team - every day is different!The Customer Service TwistHandle returns, refunds, exchanges and the occasional faulty product like a champ.Work with our online team to solve customer delivery issues and keep service sharp.Be the go-to for communication between warehouse and digital teams.Who You AreA strong written and verbal communicator with solid people skills.Detail-oriented and organised, but still adaptable when the pace picks up.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, switched on, and ready to grow your skills in a high-energy setting.Experience in customer service or logistics is great, but were also keen on attitude and willingness to learn.Why Join Us?Were more than just a warehouse - were the heart of a culture-driven team where everyone brings something to the table.
