Ideal candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality customer service through strong customer engagement in a high-volume contact centre environmentHandle customer enquiries promptly and courteously, maintaining confidentiality and discretionIdentify, refer, and assign non-standard and more complex enquiries to a Centre of Expertise for action and resolutionMaintain current knowledge of policy, legislation, and related business processes to efficiently and effectively respond to customer needsMaintain accurate data records in a customer management system, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and adherence to Contact Centre KPIsConfidently use multiple technology platforms and databasesWhat you will needAbility to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday between 8:00am to 6:00pmHigh quality customer service experiencePrevious experience in a call centre or customer service roleAbility to communicate effectively and solve problems.Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and TeamsComfortable with working remotely on a hybrid working modelLive in the Newcastle/Central Coast or Hunter Regions you may be required to attend the officeIn returnBe part of a large Government DepartmentHybrid working modelDiscounts to leading retailersSupport from your Randstad consultantNext stepsApplicants will be required to undertake skills testing (Typing)Successful applicants will need to undergo reference checks and a National Police CheckIf you are ready to apply for this opportunity, please select Apply Now.Have a question before applying?
