The successful candidate will ideally have experience in an inbound service role with excellent communication and problem solving skills. This is a fast paced role which would suit someone that is organised and can multi task and who enjoys building relationships with our customers and providing old fashioned service.This role is based in our Reservoir location with free on-site parking. A full time role from 8am - 4.06pm Monday- Friday (Hybrid with 2 days at home once full trained).Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your will beThe first point of contact for all customer enquiriesResponding via email or phone with general queries related to products, pricing and availabilityProcessing of customer ordersWork with internal departments to resolve customer order related issuesLiaise with suppliers to meet deadlinesProcessing warranty claimsProvide assistance with any ad-hoc administrative and customer service dutiesTo be considered for this role, your will bringA genuine desire to help peopleInitiative and time management skillsHigh level of verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management skillsStrong problem solving skillsAbility to work within business processesStrong attention to detailProficient computer skillsPrevious experience in a trade environment and associated products (preferred but not essential)About UsBuilt upon a foundation of old-school values since opening for business in 1958, Hardings Hardware is a leading choice for builders and renovators.
