With world-class training that is unmatched in the industry and the opportunity to advance your career across locations and commodities, join the team and make your place in BHP.About The RoleWe are seeking safety-focused Boilermakers to join our passionate maintenance team at Saraji.The roster is 7 days on, 7 days off (7/7)Reporting To Supervisor Maintenance, Your Duties Will IncludeInspect, service & repair a wide range of mechanical equipment inclusive of (fixed plant structures e.g. wash plants)Execute general fabrication repairs and replacementsCarry out preventative, general maintenance and repairsUndertake training and upskilling as relevant to technical roleEnsure accurate completion of technical documentation, reports, and drawings.Be comfortable in the use of maintenance systems (SAP)Take personal responsibility for achieving resultsActively participate in identification of continues improvementSafety first with the capacity to speak up and play an active role in positive team culture and creating a great workplaceCollaboration with the great BHP Operations Services teamAbout YouYou believe in the value that being a maintenance professional can bring to an organisation. Successful candidates will possess the following:Australian recognised trade certificate (Boilermaker)Previous experience working in fixed plant maintenance, experience with Coal Handling Preparation Plant (CHPP) is highly regardedBoilermaker trade skills validation (AS2980) is desiredHighly safety focused individualMotivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operationsFlexible, team-orientated approach with strong interpersonal skillsExperience or an ability to quickly upskill in work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP)Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)C Class Drivers Licence mandatory HR PreferredAbout Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
