Mawsons now owns Milbrae, another significant business in the Concrete and Quarrying industry.We are currently seeking a confident, motivated, and highly organized person to join our team as a Workshop Foreman based at our Colinroobie Mechanical Workshop (near Leeton NSW).The Workshop Foreman role is hands-on and involves planning, prioritizing, and allocating work tasks, overseeing the completion of tasks including supervising work crews, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to mechanical staff, monitoring work safety, compliance, and quality mainly workshop-based with some field work (may require time working away).This position offers a competitive remuneration package, including a salary in the range of $120K to $140K (plus superannuation @ 12%), a vehicle for work purposes, career development and training.
