If you''re looking for a role that offers work-life balance, long-term job security, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, high-performance production environment, this is your chance.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and diagnose electrical and PLC-related issues for emergency repairs and perform preventive maintenance inspectionsEnhance productivity by supporting technical solutions and fault finding mechanical issues to prevent delaysManage spare parts inventory: ordering, cataloguing, and maintaining stock for breakdowns and replacementsManage contractors and production staff on shift, ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations and site protocolsCoordinate and implement modifications to production and laboratory equipment, including programming printing systemsAbout youElectrical Trade Certificate and Grade A electrical licenseExperience in manufacturing environments with a solid understanding of safety principlesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid Forklift license (preferred) and welding skills (highly regarded)Excellent communication skills and strong computer literacyBega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
