About The Role Council is offering a great opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic individual to coordinate Councils road maintenance teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of road, bridge, and civil asset maintenance programs. With a focus on aligning operations with Councils strategic vision and management plan, the position plays a key role in reviewing and refining maintenance activities to drive continuous improvement. To be successful you will bring Behaviour that positively demonstrates Council''s values of: creative, accessible, respect, energetic and safe. Qualifications in civil construction or a related field. Demonstrated extensive experience in the civil construction industry, with knowledge of road maintenance and repair principles. Proven experience in budget administration and project management, with knowledge of contract management and procurement. Demonstrated experience in and ability to manage and lead teams. The rewards A salary range of $93,500 to $112,600 per annum (plus 12% superannuation), dependent upon experience, skills and qualifications.
