If it resonates with you and you have the same values as us, you could become part of our team and shape the industrys future together.We are looking for a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator join our Trading team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.Main responsibilitiesMonitor received requests and active purchase orders and to make sure that orders are completed on timeOrganizing shipments, filing information in internal systems (orders, proformas, etc.), preparing needed paperwork, and other tasks agreed upon with sales staff and direct managerMonitoring daily all received tasks (communication with suppliers, logistics companies, finance dep., etc)Issuing invoices to customersEnsuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceHelping sales staff with daily activities, helping solve problems with customers if neededEnsure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with established internal policies and guidelines.Main RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, logistics-purchasing, or general administration, preferably from the aviation sector, from an MRO or operator side is considered an advantageVery good verbal and written knowledge of EnglishAbility to work with various IT systems (MS Office, ERP, CRM, etc)Goal-driven and proactive attitude, persuasiveness, stress toleranceFriendly and engaging personality, so that you can be part of the international Sales teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsAccuracy and attention to detailAbility to multitask and remain helpful and polite at all times.What We OfferOpportunity to work in one of the most attractive and fast-growing global industries in the world aviationA fast track to both personal and professional growth in a challenging and rewarding environmentA great team with diverse backgrounds and true aviation fansA culture of trust that empowers youA range of perks like health insurance, company events, movie nights, and more.Ready to take your career to the next level and make a real impact in the aviation industry?
