Getting paid!We''re looking for a Payroll Specialist (with demonstrated experience in New Zealand payroll processing) to join our Payroll team to cover a maternity leave period.Our Payroll team are professional and innovate and we''re looking for someone to bring their technical expertise and skills in stakeholder engagement to work with our business to achieve service delivery excellence, in line with Airbus AP''s strategic vision. You''ll be able to showcase your skills and identify opportunities for service and performance improvement and best practice.Duties IncludeEnd to end processing of the New Zealand fortnightly payroll for staff and workforceManaging and reconciling KiwiSaver contributions and reporting.Reporting and reconciliation on various aspects pre and post pay runsEnsure compliance with the relevant legislation including the Holidays Act 2003 and company procedures & policies.Support as required for the Australian payroll processingLiaise with relevant stakeholders as required to ensure accurate and timely processing of pays and resolution of queriesWorking closely with Human Resources (HR) and Finance departments to ensure accurate data flow and seamless operations.About YouTo be successful in this role you will need to live the Airbus Values, work with passion and determination and be able to work to tight deadlines in an environment of continuous improvement.The Skills And Experience Suited To This Role IncludeMinimum 5 years'' experience in successfully processing end-to-end payrollsExperience with Chris21 or iChris is preferrableWorking knowledge of statutory payroll related legislationA strong customer-service mindset and proven ability to effectively consult and advise key internal stakeholdersProven planning and organisational skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and timeframesAbout UsAirbus in Australia Pacific is a leading aeronautical business employing people across multiple sites in Australia and New Zealand.At Airbus our people are the source of our strength.
