Find your future with us.Due to exciting business growth, we are currently looking for multiple Project Administrators to join our Facilities and Asset Management team to manage facility and capital projects.These roles are based in Port Melbourne and are initially as 15-month maximum term contract. This may be extended dependent upon business conditions and individual performance.About the roleIn your role as Project Administrator, dependent on experience you will:Evaluate vendor proposals, design and resources commitmentsCoordinate and oversee contractor activities, schedule, site conditions, safety and budget to ensure compliance with standard operating proceduresDevelop, assemble and release work packagesCreate implementation plans by coordinating stakeholders internal and external to the businessDefine customer requirements, collect data and develop preliminary scope of workCreate layouts and conceptual designs compliant with Boeing and other regulatory standardsDevelop options to ensure facilities modifications are accomplished within project objectivesComplete and maintain project records and audit ready documentationMonitor and coordinate implementation activities including relocations, construction, utility shutdowns, budget management, schedule, and project reviews with various support functionsEnsure that project implementation meets established quality, cost, schedule targets and regulatory requirementsAssign priorities and logs requests into work management system in order to document, track, and perform workBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):Previous work experience with facility or equipment projectsExposure to facility project, permit to work, LOTO, SWMS, Risk assessments, Australian StandardsExcellent communication skills and the ability to influence othersStrong problem solving skills and able to think on your feetExcellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrates understanding of project budget managementApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirementsPreferred Qualifications (Skills / Experience):Qualifications in Construction, Project Management, Engineering or relevant industry experience is highly desiredApplications for the position will be accepted until Friday 1st August 2025.Additional Information:This is a non-Enterprise Agreement IJC 8AALI3 position.
