We''ve Got You Covered: Fitness Passport to Energise Your LifestyleBe part of a culture that values diverse backgrounds and experiencesDubbo Motor Group & Life Pharmacy exclusive employee discountsAbout YouThe Recruitment Coordinator is a valuable member of the People and Culture Team and plays an instrumental role in discovering, attracting and recruiting candidates to various employment opportunities within Westhaven.Key ResponsibilitiesFocus on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, incorporating our EVPDelivery of strategic talent sourcing initiatives to attract and engage employeesSupport a positive and seamless candidate experienceManage recruitment activity with internal stakeholdersMaintain up to date recruiting policies and proceduresProvide support for developing and updating position descriptionsPartner with stakeholders for workforce planning & resourcingYou Will HavePrevious experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery or a related field desiredExperience or knowledge in recruitment market conditions and trendsProven experience in providing administrative support, including scheduling, data entry and document managementStrong verbal and written communication skills to interact with key stakeholdersExcellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesRequirements Of The RoleCurrent NSW Drivers licenceObtain and maintain a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)Obtain and maintain a National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDISWC)Willingness to undertake a pre-employment police checkAbout ApplyingPlease submit your CV and a maximum one (1) page cover letter addressing your abilities to undertake the key responsibilities of this role.We encourage diversity and inclusionWesthaven is passionate about social justice and diversity and is committed to being an EEO employer.
