Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Manager, You will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance to the site''s manufacturing equipment to ensure maximum uptime and prolonged reliability.With strong leadership experience, you will have excellent communication skills that can connect with colleagues at all levels. You will have a proven track record for delivering results and performance through collaboration and the development of your team.This is a fast-paced environment, so its essential you can think on your feet, respond to issues in a timely effective manner and be able to deal with multiple priorities.Hours are negotiable, with a 38hr week.Onsite ParkingGreat employee benefits including product discounts, travel discounts + and more!Great job security with an ASX-listed and stable companyThe health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priorityFast-paced and team-focused environmentDaily TasksLead maintenance team to ensure the effective implementation of the maintenance strategy to maximise efficiency and productivity by reducing reactive maintenance and improving unplanned downtime of equipmentEnsure the execution of safety and quality assurance practices into all repairs and maintenance activities and manage corrective actions in a timely mannerHold team members accountable when they fail to meet QHSE practicesDrive Inghams way asset management standards by implementing robust maintenance standardsExecute the maintenance plan with ongoing measurement of performance, achievement of scheduled deadlines, and allocating resources appropriatelyImplementation of reliability improvement strategies and practices through the analysis of key performance indicatorsContribute to the capital planning process by identifying areas where improvements can be madeHold section/teams accountable for achieving expected outcomes, delivering section goals and resultsManage team to meet expected performance using coaching, delegation, and recognitionOpenly communicate and involve theentire workforce to set high safety standards and confront risksDefine team targets, monitor performance, andfood safety, and comply with Inghams minimum standard proceduresYou will bring to this roleExperience in successfully leading a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teamProven ability in creating a step change in reliability resultsBackground in maintaining site services in bulk materials handling, process control system, pneumatic control and conveying systemExperience operating in a culture of 5S, TPM, LEAN/Six Sigma and CMMSSuccessfully delivered improvements in maintenance practices and performanceWorking knowledge of best practice maintenance management & systemsProven experience in implementing cultural change through leadership, engagement, and performance management.Ability to coach and develop others, monitor and measure performance, and provide direct feedback.Proven project management skills with thecapability to manage multiple tasks, measure performance, and meet deadlines while holding self and others accountableAlthough this role requires the Maintenance Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team, you will also be required to be hands-on when the need arisesTrade Qualified Mechanical Fitter with post-trade qualifications in Mechanical EngineeringWere looking for people who arecurious, caring, courageous, and committed to join us.
