Every day, EssilorLuxotticas 190,000 employees in 150 countries work towards a common mission to help people see more and be more.Were looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at the Silverwater Technology Centre.In the role, you will be multi-skilled manufacturing team who are responsible for the production of cost-effective, quality products for consumers and the marketplace in a timely manner. Follows standard operating procedures to carry out and complete assigned work tasks.The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of dispatch operations, ensuring outbound orders are processed accurately and on time. This role also plays a key part in coordinating team workflow, ensuring smooth communication across departments.Requirements for the role:Coordinate daily dispatch activities to meet courier cut-off times and delivery schedules.Act as the first point of contact within the dispatch team for workflow allocation and troubleshooting.Guide and support dispatch team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Assist the Dispatch Supervisor in monitoring daily workload and team performance.Print shipping labels, verify order details, and ensure correct packaging and documentation.
