Youll join a compassionate, respectful and purpose-driven team, where we live our values every day.Your opportunity12-month maximum-term contract Monday to Friday (6am2pm)As our Scheduling Officer, youll manage rostering and scheduling for our Home Care teams, ensuring services are delivered smoothly and accurately. Your work will directly support the wellbeing of older people living independently in their homes.With Integrity And Efficiency, You WillCoordinate, manage and optimise staff rosters to meet operational and client needsEnsure payroll data is accurate, timely and processed correctlyProvide clear communication to internal teams regarding schedules and service updatesHandle rostering-related calls and emails professionally, providing excellent customer serviceIdentify opportunities for improved scheduling outcomes and service deliveryWhat Youll BringYou are organised, tech-savvy and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
