This role will be based in our clients office in the Perth CBD working Monday to Friday with occasional offshore travel.Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:* Our work. We want you to reach your potential, wed like to help you get there.Key Responsibilities:* Development and coordination of Electrical and Instrumentation work packs, resource estimations and supporting documentation to ensure safe and efficient execution.* Coordinating activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of execution plans.* Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, taking into account materials, resourcing and equipment procurement.* Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning software.* Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to scope requirements.* Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.* Assisting in the identification of risk and development and implementation of suitable mitigation strategies.* Permit development of assigned scope for field implementation.What youll bring:* Electrical and Instrumentation trade qualification and certificates* Proven experience within the energy or refinery industries* Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system* Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels* A willingness to travel to site as per operational requirements* Proof of right to work in AustraliaLife at MonadelphousTheres lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
