You''ll work closely with management, suppliers, and marketing to bring exciting new offerings to market and drive growth across our destination portfolio.Your goal? To position us as the go-to travel company - growing passenger numbers, securing exclusive deals, increasing room nights, and strengthening our brand reputation.What You''ll Be Doing:Source & Contract ProductsDiscover, negotiate, and manage exclusive rates and tactical travel deals that elevate our offerings.Build & Maintain Supplier RelationshipsWork with existing suppliers while identifying new partners to broaden our product range.Monitor CompetitorsStay on top of the market - know what others are offering and respond with smarter, more competitive products.Manage Product ListingsEnsure products are accurately and promptly loaded into the TourPlan system.Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities, and partner with marketing to promote products across multiple channels - including website content and campaigns.Liaise with Tourism BodiesCoordinate with suppliers and tourism organisations on collaborative campaigns and sales initiatives.Train the Sales TeamKeep the sales team in the loop with product updates, campaign launches, and exclusive offers.About You:3+ years'' experience in a hands-on travel product roleStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesA commercial mindset with a passion for creating standout travel experiencesTeam player with a proactive and strategic approachWhy Join Us?Work with a passionate, knowledgeable team of travel specialistsGrow with a dynamic company committed to innovation and excellenceEnjoy a supportive environment that values ideas and collaborationCompetitive salary $80k - $85k + Super + IncentiveInterested?
