This role isintegral in maintaining engineering operational excellence by providing apt design and the implementation of discipline specific engineering enhancements.Other responsibilities include but not limited to: -Effectively supervise the design, estimation, scoping, installing, and commissioning of capital-based projects within budget, in a timely manner.Direct project teams and provide subject matter expertise across multiple engineering disciplines.Support the implementation of systems for the site to ensure ongoing MHF and EPA regulatory compliance.Management and updating of Drawing RegisterPerform disciplined specific engineering services such as appropriate studies, analysis and recommend actions, assist with preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.Drive the implementation, optimization, and innovation of Engineering excellence for our manufacturing processes and equipment.The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:Degree qualified in Engineering together with experience in hands-on, sitebased project delivery highly regarded.Background in manufacturing ideally within the process industry.Demonstrated record of sound engineering project management skills with competency across multiple engineering disciplines across several sites.Strong reporting and project presentation skills are essential.Working knowledge of standards and regulations relevant to chemical industrySound applied knowledge of EHS requirements in a 24/7 chemical manufacturing environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and capable of promoting the concepts of teamwork.Hexionis an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)To apply for this position please provide a recent resume and cover letter (Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted).Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
