In this service focused position, youll assist guests in navigating the hospital, helping them locate departments and services, and ensuring their experience is as smooth and stress free as possible. With a warm and helpful approach, youll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and making a meaningful difference in every interaction.Who Were Looking ForYoull have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsYoull be professionally presented and groomedYoull have proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, and the ability to interact with clientele from varying cultures and backgroundsYoull have the ability to transport and assist patients to and from services within the hospitalYoull have Intermediate computer skillsYoull have previous experience in a similar role (desirable)About UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
