The unit is responsible for the implementation of systematic and strategic approaches to education and quality across VE. The unit contributes to the achievement of the Universitys 2025 vision of people and technology working together to build a better world through the development and implementation of robust quality assurance and improvement processes that will ensure Swinburne students have access to high-quality education that result in outstanding graduate outcomes.About YouTo be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:A sound understanding of VET quality and policy requirements and specialist knowledge of relevant regulatory and funding body requirements and their implications for the University.Demonstrated ability to apply VET regulatory and funding knowledge to a diverse range of situations.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate, liaise and work with people at all levels both internal and external to the University with professionalism and appreciation of sensitive issues.Excellent communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and presentations.Highly developed knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Project or other related Project Management software and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet.QualificationsRelevant qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.TAE 40116 (Certification IV Training & Assessment) or equivalent is preferred.About Swinburne University Of TechnologySwinburnes strategy draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
