In this hands-on role, youll work closely with teams across the business to turn complex data into clear, meaningful insights that guide operational, financial, and strategic decisions.Key focus: Power BI reporting, process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.What Youll DoReporting & DashboardingBuild, maintain, and enhance reports using Power BI and Excel.Partner with stakeholders to deliver decision-supporting dashboards.Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.Deliver actionable insights with a strong focus on data accuracy.Support Financial ProcessesAssist with financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Help manage the Jedox financial planning system (training provided).Ad Hoc Reporting & Stakeholder SupportRespond to custom data requests and performance reporting needs.Provide training and maintain reporting documentation.Process ImprovementTransition manual reports to automated solutions.Identify ways to simplify and improve data processes.What Youll Bring Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas) Experience With Power BI Or Other Visualisation Tools Strong data accuracy and attention to detail Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical users Collaborative, curious, and proactive approachBonus If You HaveFamiliarity with financial reports or planning tools like JedoxExperience in budgeting and forecastingWhats In It For YouWork for one of the most progressive aged care companies in New Zealand.Competitive pay scale based on skills & experience.Opportunities for professional development and advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.Join UsSubmit an online application today by selecting the Apply link.Heritage Lifecare fosters an environment that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
