What were looking forWere after an experienced, autonomous Digital Project Manager with strong technical background.This is not a delivery-only role.We want someone who can define, lead and evolve digital strategies not just execute someone elses. Youll be the strategic driver on key projects and a trusted partner to our clients.Youll also help free up our CEO to focus on growth and shape our expanding digital marketing offering.You bring4+ years experience in a digital agency (or youve run your own)Strong technical foundation youve worked with complex web platforms like WordPress or Drupal, and understand how things work under the hoodA mix of web development, SEO know-how, and a sharp sense for digital strategyA natural ability to manage and grow client relationshipsHigh energy, curiosity, and confidence to work independently and own outcomesBased somewhere in the Asia Pacific region (not eastern AU or NZ due to timezone clash with European clients)Youre confident withData architecture: content types, entities, taxonomies you know how they connectManaging complex web builds from research to launchCollaborating with designers and giving creative direction when neededRunning discovery sessions and crafting strategic roadmapsUsing SEO best practices to guide technical and content decisionsAnalysing data and knowing which metrics actually matterFielding incoming client requests and presenting strategyYour responsibilitiesLead research & discovery, identify gaps and design client growth strategiesManage web design and development projects across UX, SEO and dev teamsChampion web accessibility (well train you if needed)Be the main point of contact for key clients, helping grow their digital footprintCollaborate with the CEO to expand our strategic and marketing offeringsStay current on web and digital trends that influence user experience and performanceTo succeed in this roleYouve likely juggled multiple clients, projects and deadlines before and thrived.
