Finance ManagerBrisbanePermanentExcellent opportunity for a technically strong finance manager to take the helm of an owner managed organisationThe organisationWe are proudly partnering with an owner managed organization who are looking for a competent finance manager to oversee day to day financial management.The opportunityPrepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and detailed variance analyses to support decision-making.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of journal entries and comprehensive account reconciliations.Reconcile GL, balance sheet, and bank statements to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Monitor and manage cash flow, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset registers.Ensure full compliance with AASB standards and internal financial controls.Prepare and lodge statutory returns including BAS, PAYG, and FBT in accordance with regulatory deadlines.Support the budgeting and forecasting process through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders.Assist with audit processes, liaising with external auditors.The individualThe ideal applicant for this role will be comfortable liaising with stakeholders, have experience leading a team, and have strong experience across both financial and management accounting.For further information on this opportunity, please contact Kerry Tostevin at Charterhouse Partnership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
