Specialising in Vizrt & Unreal engine products and workflows, we have over 30 years of industry experience in the conception, production and successful delivery of full turnkey and bespoke on-air graphics solutions across all media platforms.The Role:There are a multitude of skilled individuals in our creative, technical, and operational departments and were expanding our Art department to ensure the exceptional quality of delivery that our clients have become accustomed to. As part of our Art department you will create high level motion graphics and visual storytelling across broadcast graphics. You will lead motion design projects from concept to delivery, mentoring junior designers and collaborating with our Art Directors to transform client briefs into dynamic visual and motion graphics. Our ideal Motion & Concept designer will be a highly flexible and independent individual ready to take on any challenge. They will be able to combine a strong creative vision with technical precision and within a high-pressure live production environment.This role is full time, based onsite in our Sydney office. At times you may be required to support a global portfolio requiring flexibility with non-traditional hours and the ability to to travel domestically and internationally.What you will do:Independently develop high end 3D animations and graphics from concept to final deliveryCreate visually stunning broadcast graphics and concept style framesCollaborate with Art Directors to translate client briefs into compelling motion narrativesWork closely with 3D artists, project managers and Real-Time graphics teams to ensure seamless integration of assetsMaintain version control for multi-platform adaptionsTroubleshoot and optimise motion graphics for real-time playback in live environmentsEnsure all motion work aligns with brand guidelines and technical requirementsSupervise junior designers through daily creative directionProvide onsite support including motion adjustments, immediate fixes and oversee playback of motion graphics during live production ensuring flawless executionProvide training and guidance on template usage and best practices to clients and onsite teamsWho you are:Expert in Cinema 4D (Redshift/Octane) for modelling, texturing and renderingAdvanced motion graphics in After Effects; expressions, scripting, pluginsKnowledge of real-time engines (Vizrt) for broadcast, including workflows, codecs & delivery specificationsStrong organisational skills, with focus on cloud-based asset managementFamiliarity with brand identity systemsSelf driven with exceptional artistic judgementHigh level communicator, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to teams and clientsStrong knowledge of typography, colour theory and layout designKeen focus on the finer aspects of design, ensuring consistent and high quality outputsStrong interpersonal skills, adaptable to high-pressure working conditions with ability to speak fluent EnglishA passion for sports and graphics, familiarity with technologies such as Vizrt and Unreal EngineHow To Apply:If you''re a Motion Designer who thrives in high pressured environments & delivers flawlessly under tight deadlines, looking to utilise your skillset in the live Broadcast environment, please ensure you attach a one page cover letter that highlights Who you are to support our outline of What you will do alongside your current portfolio with your application.Girraphic strives to hire great individuals.
