Our projects include major road and rail infrastructure, commercial and industrial projects, urban developments and subdivisions, and airports and airfields.We have over 200 team members with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects for our wide range of clients.About The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Electrical Supervisor to join our team based at Hendra. As an Electrical Supervisor your tasks will include, but not be limited to:Oversee all site activities under the direction of the Project Manager.Lead multiple teams of electrical workers.Work closely with the Project Manager to implement cost-effective construction methodologies.Coordinate with the Project Engineer to ensure all work meets the highest quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.Provide Quality Assurance and control sign off to relevant works in-line with Quality Assurance process and project requirements.Provide Quality Assurance and sign off on relevant works in accordance with project and compliance requirements.Manage resource allocation in alignment with the project schedule, ensuring efficient planning and execution.Monitor ongoing and upcoming works to identify potential challenges or issues and provide direction on best method for resolution.Assist the Project Managers with the tracking of Apprentices, including their progress and work standards.Maintain effective client and stakeholder engagement throughout the construction process.About YouAre you the person CV needs?
