As Interim Finance Manager, you will act as the "go-to" person for the CFO and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of high-quality internal and external financial reporting.THE ROLEMaintain control over all financial information and develop financial reports using available tools effectively.Finalise the month-end accounts, ensuring balances are reconciled according to deadlines.Manage the provision of audit information and resolve related issues for all statutory audits.Implement improvements to strengthen financial controls and educate the business on these matters.YOUIdeally, you''ll be a CA-qualified accountant with experience from the Big 4 or Top Ten firms.Proven excellence in interpreting and communicating complex accounting issues.Solid proficiency in MS Excel (heavily relied upon for reporting).Strong communicator (both oral and written) capable of managing relationships with a range of key stakeholders.Does this sound like you?
