This includes drive-by-wire technology and an autonomous management system, providing a truck-agnostic, full-site solution to optimize vehicle movement in road-train haulage.ResponsibilitiesThe Position: Reporting to the Senior Engineering Deployment Manager, you will oversee field testing operations at our Perth Autonomous Test Track and customer site. As Site Lead, you will prioritize test requests, coordinate between engineering teams and test activities, and ensure testing processes are integrated efficiently within development cycles to meet project timelines.You will work closely with the Production Manager, Engineers, and customer teams to ensure assets are prepared for testing. Your duties include, but are not limited to:Reviewing and approving JHAs for tests outside standard safety documentationCoordinating with customers to integrate maintenance schedules for test asset availabilityEngaging with development teams to understand testing needs and dependenciesAssessing testing capacity with the NPD Field Test ManagerProviding customers with prioritized test schedules and communicating delaysLeading initiatives to improve field test processesThis role requires collaboration with international teams across America, Canada, and South America, and may involve attendance at meetings during international business hours.QualificationsAbout youAre you an experienced supervisor, team lead, or engineering manager interested in contributing to a groundbreaking project that could revolutionize AHS in mining?
