Paint Store Manager - Sunshine Coast QLDInspirations Paint is Australias leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. A permanent full-time position is currently available for a Paint Store Manager for the Sunshine Coast stores, located at Noosa, Nambour, Currimundi, and Beerwah.Previous experience within the paint industry is preferred, as the paint industry is specialized, and we pride ourselves on providing accurate and professional advice to our customers, both trade and retail.The current hands-on position is available for immediate start for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a proven track record managing staff, generating sales, and building customer relationships. You must be genuinely interested in people and their projects, with a strong work ethic and exceptional communication skills.In return, you will receive a competitive above Award Salary, ongoing training, and uniform. The stores are open from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, and 7:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays.Responsibilities include:Day-to-day management, coaching, and motivating staff to meet KPIsDriving sales results by building strong customer relationshipsProviding exceptional customer service and accurate advice to both retail and trade customersTinting and mixing paint, colour advice, and matchingManaging inventory and stock levels within the storeStore presentation and housekeepingWorkplace Health and Safety leadershipExperience / Attributes:Experience in trade and/or retail paint sales with a paint specialist or in a hardware environment is desirableDemonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing staffHonest, reliable, and punctualAble to problem-solve and use lateral thinkingAble to contribute and lead while working in a team environmentFlexibility and willingness to assist in all areas of businessThis role requires heavy lifting up to 25kgThis role offers an opportunity to grow your skills further across multiple stores on the Sunshine Coast.
