If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to join our passionate team!As our new IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for:Deploying and configuring IT infrastructure to support business objectivesMaintaining servers, storage systems, and network components for optimal performanceMonitoring system health, addressing performance issues proactively, and ensuring network stability and security (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)Administering operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS, Android) and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V)Overseeing backups, disaster recovery plans, and IT security protocols, including audits and incident responseProviding advanced technical support to guests and staff, collaborating with the IT helpdesk for timely resolutionsAssisting with IT projects, such as upgrades, technology rollouts, and system migrationsPartnering with departments to deliver innovative IT solutions that enhance efficiency and the guest experienceManaging vendor relationships, software licenses, and ensuring compliance with industry standardsDocumenting IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge continuityWe are looking for someone who:Has extensive IT experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or tourism sectorsHas expertise with PMS, integrated systems, and cloud migration projectsHolds a tertiary qualification in ICT and has strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and emerging technologiesHas exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a guest- and team-oriented mindsetThis is a full-time and permanent position.
