This is an exciting opportunity working out of our head office in Auburn!Role & Responsibilities:Collaboration with Business leads for the processing, payment and maintenance of all payrolls related records in Success FactorsEnsure all payroll deadlines are adhered to, and pays are disbursed in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain the integrity of payroll data, ensuring all changes have appropriate documentation and comply with policies, award and legislationEnsure all time and attendance information has been received and processed accordingly in Bingos T&A systemAssist in the monthly superannuation paymentsRespond to payroll queries in an informative and friendly manner.Interpret and administer awards and employment contracts.Standard and ad-hoc reporting as requestedFacilitate hire, reclassification and terminations of employees.Ensure the payment of all employee deductions, other deductions, court judgements, family court payments and superannuation payments ensuring mounts paid are correct and payments are approved by the business each pay.Effective and timely management & recovery of overpayments for active and terminated employees, ensuring phone calls and communications are made upon identification of overpaid amounts.As required, support Year End process along with monthly reconciliations and review that ensure year end is seamless.Weekly Single Touch Payroll (STP) reconciliation and lodgementSupporting process improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and automationLiaising with SAP support vendors for raising and following up on system-related ticketsAssisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system enhancementsAny other duties as reasonably directed.What makes you a GOgetter:Minimum 45 years of end-to-end payroll experience in a high-volume environmentExposure to blue-collar employees and award interpretationExperience with SAP SuccessFactors is preferred, but not mandatoryExcellent time management skills and attention to detailGreat communication skills both written and verbalAn understanding of the waste/recycling industry is beneficial but not neededWhat you receive as a GOgetter:Weekly pay for all GOgetters.When you join the BINGO family, you have the chance to make $1500 for every friend you bring to BINGO!Training and progression opportunities within the BINGO family.A strong, employee and safety driven company cultureEmployee benefits such as novated car leasing, discounted health insurance, recognition program and retailer discounts.At BINGO we are committed to building a workforce that reflects the communities and customers we serve.
