As an Aged Care Home & Community Assistant, you will be providing personalised home care support to older Australians in Townsville and surroundsso they can continue living independently in their own homes. You will travel between clients homes, so a willingness to travel is essential (you will be reimbursed .99c per KM travelled while you are working).You will be providing support to individuals that have a range of health conditions including Dementia, Mental Health conditions, organ disease and individuals needing assistance with mobility.We have Permanent Part Time and Casual opportunities available with shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and no evening or overnight shifts.
