Additionally, you will have the ability to negotiate and influence and hold team members accountable.Well demonstrated experience leading complex fulfilment centre operations (ideally 3+ years)Strong demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale supply chain facilitiesDemonstrated ability to drive operational performance to industry standards (as minimum) in a non-automated Fulfilment Centre environmentProven track record of analysing current operations, driving change, inspiring action and delivering ongoing CI that provide positive outcomes in service, productivity and costStrong demonstrated ability to balance Customer Service vs Cost to Serve when managing Customer ordersExperience across fulfillment automations, supporting trade customers, last mile transport or IR/ER and EBA negotiation experience would be highly regardedSupply Chain Qualification is preferableYoull be part of a workplace where youll feel like you belong.Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
