Youll join a trusted team thats shifting safety from a compliance focus to a value-adding function using governance, data and influence to drive stronger outcomes. With rising regulatory pressure and growing business expectations, safety now has a seat at the strategic table and this role helps make sure its used well.Youll lead the governance of safety and wellbeing at IAG, ensuring our frameworks are future-ready, commercially relevant and embedded across the enterprise. That includes responding to evolving WHS legislation, psychosocial safety and customer risk, while also strengthening compliance, risk controls, and reporting. Working with leaders and teams across Risk, DEI, Legal and more, youll integrate safety into broader business strategies.
