Here, youll enjoy a work-life balance that city life simply cannot offer with gourmet food and wine experiences, outdoor adventure opportunities, and a supportive, close-knit community.What We Offer:A supportive and inclusive workplace cultureFull Salary packaging benefits availableEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Flexible working arrangementsStaff wellbeing program, including Fitness Passport ProgramAbout the Role:As the Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration Officer you will be responsible for:Processing of accounts receivablesMonthly reconciliation of aged debtorsFollow up aged debtorsProvide high level administrative support including general filing, scanning and archivingMaintaining Payglobal, Roster On and Looplearn software.Liaise with external payroll provider in relation to:Forwarding all relevant payroll forms;all pay and leave queries;Salary Packaging.Maintain Superannuation contributions.Prepare ID cards for employees and volunteers.Liaise with WorkCover Officer in relation to WorkCover top-up wages.Preparation of monthly reports as required by the Finance Department.Assist department managers with payroll related information.Maintain knowledge of all relevant Awards and EBAs.About You:Essential:Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable/Payroll Administration roleAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamHighly organised with strong time management skillsProactive Attitude and a willingness to learnDesirable:Degree in a relevant discipline.Experience in rural or regional healthcare settings.Employment conditions and remuneration are as prescribed in the relevant award (dependent upon qualification) and current Enterprise Agreement.Beechworth Health Service Adheres to Equal Employment.
