Many of our patients dont have a regular GP or NP, so they rely on Abby for trusted, ongoing support. We see over 7,000 patients every week. Our clinicians diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, from general health concerns and chronic conditions to mental health and sexual health care. From new diagnosis to prescription, pathology request, specialist referral, or preventative care, we ensure they get the right treatment without unnecessary barriers.What you''ll doAs a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at Abby Health, you will provide virtual consultations and patient assessments, helping individuals across Australia access quality care from the comfort of their homes.Your role will involve:Conducting virtual consultations via phone and video for general health concerns, chronic conditions, and acute presentationsProviding prescriptions, referrals, pathology requests, and ongoing treatment plansReviewing structured patient histories before consultations to improve clinical efficiencyCarrying out follow-ups and long-term care management, ensuring continuity of careSupporting a diverse patient base, including individuals in regional and remote areas who may have limited access to in-person careSetting your own schedule, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours per week (up to full-time availability)Using our cloud-based practice management system, with real-time support from our medical teamWhat we offer:Work from anywhere, anytime. A basic understanding of practice management software is required.Work from home set-upA quiet, private workspace is required for Telehealth consultations.
