If that sounds like something youd like to be part of, read on!A little about the opportunityWere on the hunt for a senior leader to join team and be responsible for the day-to-day corporate operations of Local: Residential, ensuring continuous process improvement and leading the implementation of strategic initiatives that position the platform for long-term stability, growth and success.In addition to overseeing operations, the person in this role also serves as the Head of Corporate, Human Resources, ESG and Growth - responsible for the execution of Locals HR strategy and fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace culture. The role importantly leads the development and implementation of Locals Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, ensuring alignment with industry best-practice and accountability to the Board and stakeholders.In short, were on the hunt for a key leader who promotes Locals values and positively represents the organisation to enhance its image, impact, and reputation.A little about you Youre a strategic thinker: You have the ability to think critically and develop long-term plans that align with the organisation''s goals and vision.
