When you join our team, you can expect to experience a real sense of belonging, be empowered with accountability, be recognised for your contribution, collaborate with great people.What your day looks like:Partner with P&C Talent & Workforce Planning Lead and P&C Business Partners to plan and deliver against vacancy and succession pipelines.Own and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process focused on experience and efficiency, including:Intake meetings, candidate screening, shortlistingInterview coordination and feedback collationPre-employment checks and offer logisticsLiaising with People Operations to support onboardingUse fit-for-purpose sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals) to identify quality candidates.Reduce time-to-fill by leveraging SuccessFactors and driving quick-win improvements like templates, scoring, and ready-now candidates.Maintain and activate an annual sourcing calendar aligned with brand marketing and social channels.Act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.Use feedback and data insights to continuously improve candidate experience and process performance.Support integration of field sales and casual recruitment into in-house delivery.Contribute to initiatives that reduce agency usage and strengthen TAGs internal recruitment capability.Ingredients for successPrevious experience in an internal talent acquisition role, with experience in FMCG and/or food manufacture desirable.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.Strong practical understanding and application of SuccessFactors Recruitment Module.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to conduct specialist sourcing campaigns utilising channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter.Bachelors degree in human resources or relevant related discipline.To Apply:If this sounds like your next opportunity, please follow the link and apply.We value diversity in our workforce.
