We areCompassionate, Respectful, Imaginative and Bold.Role PurposeWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Solutions Architect to join Unitings Technology team. This role is responsible for designing, describing and managing technology solutions that address complex business challenges across the organisation.In this role, you will lead solution methodologies, champion best practices, and develop the capability required to deliver high-quality solution artefacts. You will work closely with stakeholders to synthesise business needs, technology requirements and strategic objectives into well-documented, enterprise-aligned solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure solutions are well-matched to Unitings existing enterprise environment, with a focus on applications and systems integration.Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into comprehensive solution designs.Consider and balance all relevant project constraints, including technology, scope, cost, quality, time, risk and resources.Evaluate and select the most appropriate technology stacks to address specific business problems.Analyse and ensure compliance with all non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, scalability and usability.Design and document technical solutions, describing system structure, behaviours and characteristics in a clear and accessible way.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and other key roles to ensure solutions align with architecture standards, leverage shared services and meet financial targets.Support development efforts and governance processes throughout the solution lifecycle.Provide expert consultation during the design, build, test and deployment phases, and contribute to benefits realisation reviews.Qualifications and ExperienceA minimum of 10 years experience in technology solution design, enterprise architecture or a related field.Strong capability in producing architecture artefacts such as business context, solution vision, requirements, and conceptual, logical and technical designs.Demonstrated experience in assessing and selecting technology options, with consideration of hosting, security, integration and usability.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Highly organised, systematic and thorough, with a disciplined and analytical approach to problem-solving.Proven ability to navigate complex organisational environments, build relationships and influence without direct authority.DesirableExperience with agile solution development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).Background in technology consulting.Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications.Experience working within the Aged Care sector.What We Offer YouA rewarding career with a leading human services organisation.Up to $18,550 NFP salary packaging available.Access to our U rewards program with exclusive discounts.Flexible work hours for work-life balance.Affordable access to Fitness Passport discounted gym memberships to support your best life.A supportive and inclusive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth.Purchase of additional leave.How to apply: Send your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting why this role appeals to you - Applications reviewed upon receipt.For all questions, please don''t hesitate to contact Fabio Ioviero via email at fioviero@uniting.org.When youre part of Uniting NSW.ACT, youre part of a diverse, purpose-led team of people who are really making a difference to the world around them.Uniting contributes to the work and mission of the Uniting Church in NSW and the ACT through social justice advocacy, community services and spiritual care.
