The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management within the manufacturing sector, coupled with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company''s goals and objectives.Oversee the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to optimise production processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and solutions that enhance operational efficiency.Manage technology budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to keep the company at the forefront of technology.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in technology applications.Key Objectives:Current IT Systems Review: Conduct a thorough assessment of existing technology systems, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
