We are looking for a Senior Performance Insights Partner to drive data-led decision-making and performance improvement across our Business Services Centre. This role is a unique opportunity to influence executive-level strategy, uplift reporting maturity, and champion a data-driven culture.About the RoleAs the Senior Performance Insights Partner, you''ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business, using data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities. You''ll deliver high-quality analysis, design executive-level reports, and support key decisions through compelling data storytelling. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about using insights to improve performance outcomes across shared services, finance, and people functions. You''ll also contribute to governance, uplift data literacy, and enhance reporting processes for lasting impact.About YouYou are not just a data expert; you are a business partner. You know how to ask the right questions, uncover meaningful patterns, and communicate your findings in ways that influence decision-making. You''re a confident communicator, a natural problem solver, and someone who builds strong relationships with ease.You bring a strong mix of analytical rigor, business acumen, and the curiosity to keep learning and improving.
