As an award-winning Microsoft Partner, we are in an exciting phase of growth, and we are seeking a talented individual who can develop and present solutions for clients, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be part of a friendly, open, and well-supported team, and will have the opportunity to engage with new clients, design and create solutions, and demo them back to clients. We are looking for someone who is innovative and hands-on with all technology offerings in the Microsoft suite, and who can architect solutions that drive real change in our clients'' business.The role is not for the faint hearted! We need a strong player who will:Design and architect innovative best in class solutions that meet challenging business requirements while considering all factors such as performance, scalability, data security, operational effectiveness, cost, and time to marketManage and deliver the end-to-end implementation of business processes using your expertise based on Dynamics 365 F&OAnalysing business processes and requirements in detail, lead workshops and prepare, organise and deliver the relevant documents requiredSupporting the project stakeholders, project managers and consultants in accomplishing their project activitiesTechnical Leadership: You''ll provide technical leadership to our development teams, guiding them to success and ensuring that our solutions are best in classExcellent knowledge of the project methodology to support project teams.You will have the following:Minimum of 8-10 years experience in the Dynamics 365 F&O solutionYou must have proven experience in leading and implementing D365 Commerce Solutions for retail clients including Point of Sale, CSU and B2C/B2B EcommerceExperience in implementing SCM and Advance warehousing in addition to Commerce highly desirableProven experience in leading projects from inception to completionYou have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations processes and functionalityIn depth knowledge about the Dynamics 365 & Microsoft ecosystemHigh level of initiative, accountability, and an eye for qualityWell spoken, with outstanding written and verbal communicationMicrosoft Certifications in your domain are highly desirable.About Fusion5We are a full systems integrator providing cutting-edge technology solutions that empower organisations across Australia and New Zealand to thrive.
