Youll take full ownership of a 30-person team across local and offshore offices. Their role: book high-quality Discovery Sessions with our senior sales team.Your role: lead from the front build belief, develop skill, drive daily inputs, and raise the standard.This isnt a clipboard leadership role. Youll be in the thick of it coaching calls live, running daily huddles and roleplays, and driving performance hour by hour. If youve built and led high-volume outbound sales teams, this is your opportunity to lead one of the most high-performing teams in the countrys leading property investment business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a 30-person outbound sales team of local and offshore appointment settersRun daily huddles and roleplays to energise the team, set expectations, and drive accountabilityCoach live calls and provide real-time feedback to correct and reinforce performanceConduct fortnightly 1:1s with every team member to review performance and support developmentDrive daily activity and enforce KPIs no ambiguity around what success looks likeRecruit and onboard new Consultants to maintain a healthy headcount always building a deep benchPartner with Sales Leadership to improve conversion, quality, and effectiveness across the teamMaintain visibility, urgency, and ownership across every hour of the dayKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Consultant team headcount maintain appropriate staffing levels at all timesConsultant attendance and daily activity complianceBooking volume and show-up rates for Discovery SessionsLead-to-appointment conversion rates by ConsultantScript adherence and documented coachingCompleted 1:1s with every Consultant at least once per fortnightSkills & Experience RequiredProven experience managing outbound, high-volume sales or contact centre teams of 20+Strong background in phone-based appointment setting or telemarketing environmentsDaily coaching, KPI management, and activity tracking come naturally to youComfortable leading from the front visible, energetic, and hands-onAble to coach individuals, resolve underperformance, and scale high-performing behavioursPassionate about building people and helping members and the team hit life-changing goalsWho You AreYou hold yourself and your team to daily activity standards and KPIs no excusesYoure structured, high-energy, and operate with urgency and clarityYoure in it with your team listening to calls, giving feedback, lifting beliefYou lead from the front and solve problems quickly, without dramaYou believe in high standards and hold others accountable to them every single dayYoure building something bigger than yourself and taking your team with youWho This Isnt ForYou avoid hard conversations or real-time feedbackYou expect people to self-motivate without structure or coachingYou dont want to be accountable for daily performance and daily KPIs this isnt for youYou prefer managing spreadsheets to building and leading peopleWork Environment & ConditionsFull-time, in-office role based in Sydney CBD5 days a week in-office (non-negotiable)High-performance, high-support environment with coaching embedded in the cultureStrong exposure to Sales Leadership with real opportunity to grow into senior rolesUncapped commission structure based on team performanceHow to ApplySubmit your CV and application.
