We have industry-leading leave entitlements including; Birthday Leave, Extra annual leave days and up to 16 weeks Paid Parental leave.Talk about some futuristic tech - we use automation and robots to free you from repetitive, boring stuff.Family Inclusive - ask us about flexibility!Hybrid working policy including remote international opportunities.Agency perks including; early finish Fridays, culture club, breakfast, health and wellbeing initiatives, onsite gym, daily meditations, employee assistance programs, culture club.Constant focus on your growth, learning and development within the business.What You''ll Do:Lead TV Buying Strategy: Develop and implement innovative TV buying strategies to deliver optimal results for clients.Negotiate Top Value: Oversee annual negotiations across all channels, securing the best possible rates and added value for clients.Drive Market Insights: Provide expert insights on marketplace trends to senior clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their media investments.Foster Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Client Advice, Strategy, Planning) and Mediabrands business units to ensure best-in-class recommendations.Manage a High-Performing Team: Lead and mentor a team of trading professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and driving performance.Ensure Best Practices: Implement and maintain best practices for global reporting and compliance.Manage Key Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners and auditing partners.Support UM and Mediabrands Initiatives: Contribute to the success of broader UM and Mediabrands partner programs.Who You Are:Experienced TV Buying Leader: You have a proven track record of success in TV buying within the Australian marketplace, ideally across multiple client categories.Market Trend Expert: You can decipher market trends (both Australian and Global) and translate them into actionable insights for clients.Negotiation Master: You have a demonstrated ability to lead collaborative and effective annual negotiations with clients and media partners.Collaborative Leader: You are a culturally driven leader who fosters a positive and high-performing team environment.Problem Solver: You possess strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.Strategic Thinker: You have a clear understanding of the planning process and how TV buying can influence and support overall media strategy.Curious about what we do?
