Youll not only connect with candidates who have applied to job vacancies, but youll be networking, connecting and constantly thinking about potential candidates who could be a great fit for CommBank. Day to day youll be speaking with candidates over the phone, learning about their experience and career aspirations, and advocating for them via internal processes to help them secure a role.Youll also be responsible for doing work across the squad to improve the Indigenous employee experience at CommBank.We''re interested in hearing from people who have:Knowledge and experience with Indigenous cultures, communities and affairs, with particular experience in Indigenous employment initiatives desirable; strong commitment to improving Indigenous employment outcomes essential.Sound commercial skills including negotiation and influencing, stakeholder management, driving results, managing risk and high volume project accountability.
