Youll be supported through structured performance development, regular coaching, and opportunities to mentor others.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior/Principal Consultant, you will:Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building our brand with new and existing clients, and growing our business in WA and beyond.Build enduring client relationships, lead strategic conversations, and identify where we can deliver value.Lead and deliver complex consulting engagements across the employment lifecycle.Design and facilitate tailored interventions including organisational diagnostics, team workshops, psychometric assessments, and leadership development programs.Provide expert guidance to individuals navigating career transitions, including outplacement, redeployment, and leadership shifts.Apply psychological frameworks and tools to assess organisational culture, leadership capability, psychosocial risk, and team dynamics.Mentor consultants and contribute to the ongoing development of our consulting practice.Maintain professional development and registration as a Psychologist (if applicable).What You BringWere looking for professionals with:A strong background in organisational psychology, leadership development, or career transition.A minimum of 7 years experience in external consulting or senior internal OD/HR roles.Proven success in delivering high-quality client solutions and managing complex projects.Experience engaging with and influencing senior leaders.Familiarity with psychometric tools, coaching frameworks, and diagnostic methodologies.Registration as a Psychologist (AHPRA) is highly desirable but not essential.What Youll GainA flat, inclusive structure where your voice matters.A team that values fun, humour, and enthusiasm as much as professionalism.Access to diverse projects across industries and service areas, with the flexibility to specialise or broaden your expertise.A balanced lifestyle, with flexible work arrangements, such as WFH, and a culture that supports your growth and development.Interested?Wed love to hear from you.
