The role is full time on site.The role will:Provide 1-on-1 support to the CEOServe as the first point of contact, expertly managing correspondence and phone calls - Handle scheduling, calendar, CRM, and email managementPerform data entry and file processingExecute general administration tasksResearch and Analysis on Crypto productsCreate and review documentsCarrying out support duties as neededEssential Skills and RequirementsProven experience as a PA/ EA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sectorThe ability to work autonomously with minimal supervisionExceptional attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinkingStrong communication and presentation skillsExpertise in scheduling and diary managementA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom; familiarity with other software tools is advantageousDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretionWork in the financial services sector would be advantageousThis role represents more than just employment; it offers a substantial opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
